I am an all inclusive agent meaning that my fee covers everything - repairs and tradespeople, painting, home inspection, staging, all the marketing (website, photos, virtual tour), floorpans, etc. If your home doesn’t need all this, no problem, I’m flexible and also can offer a la carte services at a discounted rate.

The reality is we don’t know who is out there looking, and a buyer can come from anywhere at anytime. For example, I recently held an open house at a condo I was selling. Normally condos open houses can be quite slow, but a resident who was renting in the building and wasn’t actively thinking of buying, saw the advertisement, came to the open house, and a couple days later bought it. Without the open house, they might not even have known the condo was for sale.
